Direct to film (DTF) transfers are COLD PEEL. Time and temperature will vary based on material used. They are as follows: 
Poly: 275/10 seconds
Tri: 275/10 seconds
50/50 blend: 300/12 seconds 
Cotton: 325/15 seconds
Repress for a couple seconds covering with teflon/parchment paper
